Thursday October 25, 2012

• Called to order at 3:15 pm by Danielle
• Motion to approve Minutes by Amber/2nd Art. Approved
• Meet Tuesday 10/30 at 3pm to work on ceramic pumpkins for Halloween event on Wednesday, Need Volunteers to man table and face paint from 5pm until ?
• Discussed progress on projects. Amber will see about donations from Home Depot.
• Motion to adjourn by Amber/ 2nd Kim. Adjourned 3:21 pm.

ACT Minutes of Meeting
Thursday October 18, 2012

• Called to order at 3:18 pm by Kasaundra Layman
• Motion to approve Minutes by Jesse/2nd Kasaundra. Approved
• ICC – Carnival 10/31 from 5-8pm at FCC Stadium can have a booth, discussed bringing ceramic pumpkins for the kids to paint. Major Fair from 10am-1pm, need art students to be at booth if possible,bring artwork.
• Discussed progress on projects. Make club and fire hydrant fliers to use for donations and member recruitment.
• Art Night tomorrow, 10/20 from 1-5pm to cut out clay pumpkins, Adv Krauter will supervise.
• Motion to adjourn by Jesse/ 2nd Danielle. Adjourned 3:47 pm.

ACT 10/4/2012 – Announcement

ACT Meeting
Thursday Oct 4, 2012

• Meeting was cancelled due to lack of urgent business and no quorum.
• Those that were there talked a little about the progress of projects and explained the club to a new member.
• Everyone please read over past minutes and post comments of suggestions so we can get some projects rolling.
• Come Oct 11 to the next meeting so we will have a quorum and get some business done. Starts at 3:15 pm. (we know some of you have class and will wait a few minutes though)
